Dr. Susanne Lederer, CEFA

Susanne has more than 25 years of investment experience, including positions on supervisory boards and investment committees. Before founding Dragonfly Finance, she served as Head of Austria Sales at Fidelity Investments International, as a board member at Fondsfabrik, and as a portfolio manager at Volksbank Invest.

She holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Vienna as well as a Master’s degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Helsinki School of Economics. Education and awareness are powerful tools to change the world. For this reason, she lectures and is part of the development team for Financial Communication at St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences, with a focus on Impact Investing.

She is a member of CFA Society Austria, aws connect, invest.austria, respact, VAIÖ, the Female Investors Network, and Frauen im Asset Management (FAM). She contributes guest commentaries to several financial media outlets and acts as a neutral, court-certified expert witness.

Dr. Christian Pabst, MBA

Christian has more than 25 years of experience in international financial and capital markets. He is a Partner at Dragonfly Finance and Managing Partner of FondsDepot AT (www.fondsdepot.at).

After completing his technical education in electrical engineering (HTL) and earning a degree in business administration, he obtained a PhD with a focus on financial markets, investment banking, and insurance management in Austria and the United States. In addition, he holds a postgraduate MBA degree with a specialization in sales.

Before serving as Head of Austria, Central and Eastern Europe at Fidelity Investments International, one of the world’s largest asset managers, he was Head of Institutional Business at an Austrian investment company. His experience as a financial applications trainer at the financial news agency Reuters in London and Vienna complements his profile and laid the foundation for his professional career.
